Lease contracts and Payments
Everyone has different circumstances, but the general points for qualification are : Income is verified, good rental history wishing the last 12-24 month is needed. Our tenancy screening pulls public records .
We do not issue refunds for any /all deposit money paid to Comfort Housing, for ANY reasons, other than established by contract. Deposits paid to hold properties will not be returned if the customer cancels or decides to not take a property. Deposit money paid for a specific property may not be transferred to other properties. Please note, fees are non-refundable, fees collected by third party for transaction.
